OVERVIEW
Take the field with Henderson Sport & Social Youth Flag Football! Our non-contact league gives young athletes an exciting way to learn the game, compete with their teammates, and develop skills they can take with them to the next level. Players will work on throwing, catching, route running, flag pulling, teamwork, and overall football IQ throughout the season. Practices and games are played on the indoor turf at Henderson Sport & Social, creating a fast-paced setting where players can stay involved in the action and experience football in a competitive, team-focused environment.
