Intro to Flag Football
HSS Playmakers Football provides a fun and safe introduction to non-contact football.

Participants will learn the basics of throwing, catching, carrying the football, running routes, pulling flags, and playing simple offense and defense. Movement games and age-appropriate activities help young athletes develop coordination, communication, confidence, and an understanding of the game without tackling or physical contact.

Who It Is For
HSS Playmakers Football is open to boys and girls ages 5–6. No previous football experience is required. It is an ideal starting point for children interested in learning football in a positive, non-contact environment.
