Youth Volleyball helps young athletes develop serving, passing, setting, hitting,
communication, and court awareness. Players Of all experience levels can learn the game, build confidence, and compete in a positive team environment.

Middle School Volleyball (Court)

Henderson Sports & Social Youth Volleyball helps players develop volleyball fundamentals, teamwork, communication, and confidence in a positive indoor setting. Practices and games will focus on serving, passing, setting, attacking, court positioning, rotations, and team play.

League Format: 6v6
League Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays

Each team will generally practice on one league day and play a game on the other.

Middle School Open Volleyball

• Who It Is For: This division is open to boys and girls currently enrolled in grades 6–8. Beginners and experienced players are
  welcome.
• Division Description: Middle School Open Volleyball provides a supportive 6v6 league experience for athletes looking to learn the game or continue developing their skills. Players will improve serving, passing, setting, attacking, movement, rotations, communication, and court awareness. The division combines instruction and organized competition while emphasizing confidence, teamwork, sportsmanship, and enjoyment of the game.
