Can I customize my menu?

YES! While we offer several event menus that are sure to please all your guests, we can mix and match menus and incorporate additional a la carte items to create the perfect menu for your event.

Of course! Please mention these requirements and allergies when planning your menu so we can work with our Chef to make the appropriate accommodations.

Absolutely! Henderson Sport & Social can accommodate groups as large as 1,000 at a time! We can’t think of a better way to celebrate- than with ALL the fun we have to offer!

No confetti, silly string, strong adhesives, trick candles or sparklers are allowed.

Our evenings and weekends book quickly, reserve ahead of time to guarantee your preferred date and time.

Please do! We invite you to schedule a walk-through with our team to help you envision your event and bring it to life! This is the perfect opportunity to discuss things like food station arrangements, entertainment options and event timing, décor details, day-of arrival and set-up, and 3rd party vendor recommendations.

What is the camp costs?

Fees vary on each league and the length of the season. Each league will have specific information available at sign ups and updates throughout the season.

Camp information will typically be posted approximately two months before each camp begins.

Registration will be completed through our website and Finnly Sport/Finnly Connect.

Yes. A registration fee is charged per team for each tournament. Fees vary depending on the sport and the time of year the tournament is offered. Specific pricing will be provided with each tournament’s registration information.

Is there a setup fee?

Most memberships include a $50 fee is an annual fee that helps get your account activated and ready to go. This fee covers things like member onboarding, account setup, and access to all the tools you need to start your fitness journey with confidence.

Deposits are non-refundable. They are transferable to a new date within 48 hour of your event up to one time.

 

Gratuity is automatically added but is not included in advertised package fee. Gratuity will be automatically added on at check-out

 

The event coordinator will offer alternative attraction options should inclement weather arise.
