Our supervised Child Watch area gives kids a fun and welcoming space to stay active and engaged while parents enjoy the gym. With caring staff, creative activities, and a safe environment, you can focus on your workout knowing your child is in good hands.

OUR POLICIES
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
- Parent must sign child in and out
- ID or member verification required at pickup
- Same parent must sign child in and out
AGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Ages 9 months – 11 years
- Children must be able to participate safely in a group setting
Parent Must Remain On-Site:
- Parent/guardian must remain inside the facility at all times
- Must be reachable by phone
- Must return immediately if contacted
Health & Illness Policy:
Do not allow:
- Fever within last 24 hours
- Vomiting/diarrhea within last 24 hours
- Contagious conditions (pink eye, lice, etc.)
Staff has the authority to refuse entry
Hours of Operation
Child Watch Hours
Mon – Fri: 6 AM – 12 PM, 3:30 PM – 8 PM
Sat – Sun: 8 AM – 12 PM
Behavior Policy
Children must be respectful and able to follow instructions.
Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in:
- Immediate pickup request
- Suspension from child watch
Food & Drink Rules
No outside food except:
- Bottles/sippy cups with water only
Bathroom Policy
Children must be:
- Able to use restroom independently (or parent will be called)
Personal Items
- Label all belongings
- Facility is not responsible for lost or damaged items
Late Pickups
- Suspension after repeated violations
Capacity Limits
- Child watch is first come, first served
- Capacity limits may apply
Emergency Policy
- Staff may contact parent or emergency services if needed
- Emergency contact required on file
