New Henderson sports and entertainment destination seeks team members across guest services, sports, fitness, food and beverage, attractions and more
HENDERSON, Nev. (Aug. 22, 2026) — Henderson Sport & Social is building its opening team and is now hiring for more than 30 full- and part-time positions ahead of the new sports, entertainment and social destination’s opening this October.
The 180,000-square-foot facility is looking for energetic, community-minded team members who are ready to help bring a new kind of sports and entertainment experience to Henderson.
Open positions span nearly every area of the facility, including sports programming, guest services, attractions, fitness, food and beverage, events, facilities and administration.
Current opportunities include sports team members and programming leads; fitness attendants and leads; attractions attendants; party hosts; child watch attendants; guest services team members; facilities and maintenance positions; and a variety of restaurant and hospitality roles, including bartenders, servers, hosts, cooks, bussers and more.
Henderson Sport & Social is also hiring for select full-time and leadership positions, including a sales coordinator, sports programming lead, guest services lead, attractions lead, party coordinator lead, fitness lead and facilities maintenance lead.

We’re building a team that will shape the experience people have every time they walk through our doors,” said Jeff Swanlund, general manager of Henderson Sport & Social. “We’re looking for people who enjoy working with others, bring great energy and want to be part of something new for the Henderson community.”
Set to open in October, Henderson Sport & Social will bring sports, fitness, dining and entertainment together under one roof. The facility will feature basketball and volleyball courts, indoor turf, pickleball, a fitness center, bowling, laser tag, an arcade, outdoor miniature golf, Krazy Darts, a restaurant and bar, event spaces and programming for youth and adults.
With opportunities ranging from entry-level and part-time positions to full-time leadership roles, Henderson Sport & Social is seeking applicants with a variety of backgrounds and experience levels.
